What is RIOS1931?

Rios1931 are high quality watch straps manufactured in Germany. Straps undergo a intracity manufacturing process comprised of 50, 70, 140, or 172 steps, depending on the strap. They are hand made using the highest quality skins and leather. Each strap is unique meaning the skin pattern or leather patina will differ from strap to strap.

Can you ship globally?

Yes. We offer international shipping through USPS of FedEx. The shipping rates appear at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Returns Made Easy! – Returning a product from Rios1931.com is not a problem! Choose from one of our quick and easy return options listed below.

Option #1 – Return your strap with a copy of your invoice and a note indicating the strap you would like in exchange. As soon as your return is received your replacement strap will be shipped out.

Option#2 - Return your strap with a copy of your invoice and a written request for a refund. Your refund will be processed as soon as your return is received. Please note refunds are issued Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm EST. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to post to your original payment method.
